For clients without medical aid, face-to-face and online sessions can be paid via EFT, card, or cash.
All fees are based on medical aid rates and are subject to change.
Most medical aids are accepted, and from the 2nd appointment, the practice is willing to submit claims at your medical aid rates on your behalf. First appointments are paid before the appointment and can be claimed by the member.
The client must confirm sufficient funds available in their account and that their plan covers psychological services. Accounts remain the responsibility of the client to cover fully.
